Full Job Description

We are hiring for a Junior Physiotherapist role, offering an opportunity to work with one of the UK’s top-rated employers in the health and social care sector.

This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will need to cover a flexible shift pattern across both clinic locations.

Applicants must hold a physiotherapy degree, have HCPC registration, and show a keen interest in outpatient MSK settings, treating a variety of MSK conditions. Working at both clinic locations will be required.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

 Chartered Physiotherapist.

 Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

 Knowledge of HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.

 Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.

 Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.

 Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management.

 Degree level educated, or equivalent.

Duties of this role include:

 Managing a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard, ensuring excellent patient care at all times.

 Delivering physiotherapy assessment and treatment for relevant departments, including pre-admission and follow-up care as appropriate.

 Supporting the implementation of national developments locally.

 Ensuring the department maintains physiotherapy accreditation.

 Staying updated on physiotherapy advancements by attending relevant courses and maintaining a personal portfolio.
