We are hiring for a Junior Physiotherapist role, offering an opportunity to work with one of the UK’s top-rated employers in the health and social care sector.
This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will need to cover a flexible shift pattern across both clinic locations.
Applicants must hold a physiotherapy degree, have HCPC registration, and show a keen interest in outpatient MSK settings, treating a variety of MSK conditions. Working at both clinic locations will be required.
Chartered Physiotherapist.
Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Knowledge of HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice.
Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance tools.
Strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management.
Degree level educated, or equivalent.
Managing a clinical caseload, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard, ensuring excellent patient care at all times.
Delivering physiotherapy assessment and treatment for relevant departments, including pre-admission and follow-up care as appropriate.
Supporting the implementation of national developments locally.
Ensuring the department maintains physiotherapy accreditation.
Staying updated on physiotherapy advancements by attending relevant courses and maintaining a personal portfolio.
